using products as photo gallary

Is there a way I can use products as an image gallery and omit the pricing and

all purchasing buttons and interfaces? I have a site that sells wheels and rims and want to have a catagory used for models and featured cars?

I've never quite thought of the cart like that..but I'm sure you could, after all, the only reason a customer reaches the checkout area is by using the navigation system. so if you were to remove the navigation to those areas, then it will be as if those areas don't exist to a visitor :-"
