affiliate program instal

Hi

I am not so good at this but getting there, i loaded os (www.chilldiscounters.co.za) theni loaded the affiliate 2.5a, all looked good until i tried to log in as an affiliate - when i go to admin i get about same problem

 

1146 - Table 'chilldic_osc2.affiliate_affiliate' doesn't exist

 

select affiliate_id, affiliate_firstname, affiliate_password, affiliate_email_address from affiliate_affiliate where affiliate_email_address = ''

 

[TEP STOP]

 

 

 

1146 - Table 'chilldic_osc2.affiliate_sales' doesn't exist

 

select count(*) as count, sum(affiliate_value) as total, sum(affiliate_payment) as payment from affiliate_sales

i think i is to do with my sql ?

 

the fist step : MySQL ALTERATIONS

 

Insert the new tables found in the affiliate.sql file into your osCommerce catalog database.

 

i am not to sure about

 

can some one point me in a direction please :)

You need to run the sql, that came with the contribution, on your store database. You maybe able to do this via your host's control panel in MySQL.

well i will be dammed, first i went there and first time i got it right, thanks, "hardest problems are easiest when solved"

 

goes to show how good the program is, even a newbie like me could do it :)
