Taxes for one location?

HI,

Can someone explain to me how to set up my store to only add taxes if the product is shipping to a California address?

Go to Locations / taxes in your admin area and add california as a tax zone, in "tax zones".

Then go to "tax rates" and add a new tax rate using the zone you just created.

Then when you enter your products, make sure to set the tax class.
