In which file do I find this: %s to make change?

My problem with the month of August in french is not resolved. But I find in /languages/includes/french/index.php on line 18

 

define('TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS', 'Nouveaux produits pour %s');

 

 

Where I can find the %s to change the code for the month of August. I want the u accent circumflex (ao?t) because now it doesn't appear.
