Error Messages \includes\functions\sessions.php

Hi! I'm very new at this, so please don't roll your eyes at my question if it seems like something easy to fix =) I'm really thrilled I've gotten this far with the installation...but I am getting these error messages on the top and bottom of every page whenever I login to the Administration and Catalog:

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this??
