ScorpioPDXNS Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 Currently, SPPC requires that an administrator change a customer's group id (i.e. from retail to wholesale). This is perfect (since I don't want everyone to see the wholesale pricing). However, it does not appear that an e-mail is automcatically generated when a customer is assigned to a new group. In my store I have two groups: retail and wholesale. I would like to send all customers approved for wholesale accounts a generic formail informing them of their change in status and extended features included in wholesale account (ie pricing, COD shipping option, etc). It is important for an e-mail to be sent, since it may take a few days to approve their new status. I have searched for the last few days without result. Any ideas? -- JEFF Quote

For example look at this this post and trace it back for the code used. Quote
