No delivery address for free items and

ok, I think my last post was worded badly, so I think we need to start over here.

 

I have one product on my site (out of 480) that is a FREE give-away. I dont want them to pay for shipping either.

 

Now for the problem... When a customer "buys" this product on the site, it is not added to orders, and the notice I get emailed to me only contains the billing address (not the shipping address). When I logged in as a customer my self and tested this problem, I noticed that when checking out, the site will skip the "delivery information" page and go right to the payment page. Even tho the shipping cost is $0.00, I still need the shipping address to show. And I also would like the customer to show up under "orders" in the admin panel, making it easier for me to contact them at a later date.
