Guest Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 When I use the WorldPay payment module the transaction completes and the order is added to the database. However no order confirmation is emailed to the customer. What is wrong? Any help appreciated. Regards

Which one are they not getting? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Done some more testing this morning and ... Well this is now working (most of the time)! I was either tired last night or it is a bit eratic? It seems as though it is occassionally not sending the osC emails although I had one instance this mnorning where the WorldPay email didn't turn up (although I have only seen this once). It has been the osC email that's not been turning up and again I had one instance this morning where this happened, although the copy email to the store did arrive. Strange but I guess it looks OK for now. Well on with my PayPal issues ... :rolleyes:
