Need help with error message in Contact Us page

I tried sending a test message through the "Contact Us" page on my store and I got the following error message:

 

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bando2/public_html/store/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php:31) in /home/bando2/public_html/store/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

 

 

I don't have any programming skills and therefore don't know what is wrong with these files that I need to fix. Your assistance is appreciated.

/home/bando2/public_html/store/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php

 

and remove the extra spaces/newlines at the bottom.
