akosh Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I have noticed that a lot of people are about to checkout, but why they see the login/create account page they stop. Is there anything wrong with it design wise? There's SSL on the site by the way.
shaunklink Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 only thing I can think of is the resolution of the monitors is so low (800x600 is average) that they don't see the new user section below it.......your also always going to lose customers with a login......try making the return customers smaller, or an info box. go to http://www.i-muffs.com/create_profile.php to see what I've done....hope that helps
