Admin in French since CCGV install

I have been searching the cont. support forum for the answer to my question to no avail. After installing CCGV, some of the headings are in French. They're fiund in my store and the discount coupon module. I have searched everywhere in the php files and have found no red flags. I have deduced that it's in the SQL. My question is, has anyone figured out what is causing this? or has anyone released an updated SQL? I know I am not the only one suffering from this. If anyone can at least point us in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for your help so far. I have inserted the SQL from 7/28 by arrondwyer. And I had already changed the files as suggested to those modified by Rigidin. Here's what I am having trouble with

 

There are like 4 of these options at the bottom of "My Store." But, I don't know what's what because I don't speak a lick of french, no pun intended. The other is that I have no idea what I should enter for the values in modules-->ordertotal-->gift vouchers.

 

I am not looking for someone to do it for me. It's just kind of annoying. I have picked through every package available on the contribution page, and tried all of them. Is there any one out there who can help me? Hopefully, one of these days I'll have the answers to some questions. Thanks in advance.
