lavalink Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 Someone please help!! We are at the transaction testing stage of OS Commerce Shopping Cart and we cannot get a 'connection' to our payment host. Every time we attempt a transaction, we receive the following error message: *Payment Information Error! The credit card was declined. You may try again or try another card.* * checkout_payment.php?osCsid=&payment_error=beanstream_usd&error=The+credit+card+was+declined.+You+may+try+again+or+try+another+card* We've tested several cards and there is no reason for them to be declined. We are successful in eastablishing an ORDER CONFIRMATION. Only after trying to submit the transaction to the payment host does it get rejected. The payment host is not receiving any data from the transaction (ie. it's not getting processed at all) Has anyone encountered a problem such as this before? And ideas how to fix it?
