I want to punch in 3.04KG and that number will display in the shipping screen and now jump to 6.09x2 KG etc. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thanks! ebayer Posted August 10, 2005 Share Posted August 10, 2005 You met this problem because you didn't set your Shipping/Packaging correctly. go to the admin panel -->configuration-->Shipping/Packaging Set the maximum weight to a very large number like 100000 then set the last two to 0. usually you will not use the last two. done!
