Guest Posted August 10, 2005 Share Posted August 10, 2005 hello all . i need some help i have install 2 contribution (Package Tracking with Email Notification Mods http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...search,package) and (MS2 HTML WYSIWYG Editor, Product Desc, Email + http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...all/search,html ) and they seem to working fine i am doing test run of item with a fake cc and some email addy ... ok here is the probelm when the end user check out and the oscommerce confrimes the order i get it in my admin i go to the product and put in a fake tracking number (so i can send back to the customer ) i change the status of the order from pending to processing and then click update and bam it is all gone i can't track it in admin nor threw the fake cusomter that i have .. i login back into the site only to find that it says that there are no orders waiting ... has anybody else ran into this problem please help thanks in advance (newbie ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
