angeljs Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I offer a few free downloads, as well as paid purchases, with a one-off, flat-rate of ?1.00 for each purchase to cover my bandwith, no matter how many products the customer buys in one go. However, the shipping is not added to each order. I've tried flat rate and table rate, but still the shipping is not charged. When the customer goes to Paypal or Nochex, the total price just comes up as ?0.00. What have I done wrong? :(

Flegg Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 have you tried setting up "handling charge" instead of shipping charge and see if that adds to it?
