How do I edit my site bulletin board?

Hi-

 

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how I delete messages of my website bull board? Also, how do I find out which of my customers is leaving awful messages? They are using an email addy. Or, how do I do away with the bull board altogether, since I do not use it.
