Integrate e-learning / members' area - osCommerce?

Can I:

 

1) sell an intangible product

2) customer buys and pays for it

3) customer gets email confirmation /OR/ logs into "my account"

4) there is a special "members' only" area with multiple pages of detailed content corresponding to the product purchased. This could include secured pdf downloads, online training videos, members' only customer support and a dozen or more content pages that are only for paying members.

 

Think of a marriage between e-commerce and e-learning.

 

We would have all the features of osCommerce, but instead of shipping a tangible product, it would give access to a special e-learning area for the users' to access.

 

I saw a contribution that lets people logged in look at past purchases and have a more detailed description. I'd like something more than that.

 

Perhaps --> Couldn't one cross check what purchases an individual member has made in their history, and then allow them access to various pages because of that? So I'd find another script that for allowing members' only access to some pages, and synchronize that to the e-commerce logins.
