HELP ME with custom Layout..P L E A S E

Hello I am trying to use this layout http://www.onestoppress.com as my front page, I have installed STS and OSC on my webserver, I am lost as what to do next. Will someone please help me. My delima:

 

1. How do I create the links for the buttons at the top of the Page

2. What link do I use to get a listing of all the products I offer

3. What link do I use to get to a listing of what is on Sale

4. Where do I upload the buttons I have create for My Account, Sign In and Cart

Bottons on top of the page you will want to add in the header.php

 

and buttons you will want to upload (with same name as existing and override them) to

 

catalog/includes/languages/english/buttons

 

as far as the other two I am not sure what you are asking and you link doesn't work...
