Email Invoice 1.1 Mod + Invoice Totals

Hi

 

Anyone out there installed the Email Invoice 1.1 mod?

 

I have installed it and it works fine but, when customer receives invoice (the same one as is shown under 'invoice' in the admin section, the logo is shown as a broken image (it does show my logo if I go into my admin sectionto view the invoice)....anyone know what the problem could be?

 

Also 1 more point.....when I go to view the invoice in my admin section everything is ok except for where it lists the individual products that make up the order it is showing the price (inc) & total (inc) without tax...they show up the same as price (exc) and total (exc).....but, the total price with tax is shown as correct underneath in the overall prce.

 

Any ideas anyone how to fix these 2 problems?
