Is there a way to replace the bottom oscommerce banner? If so, where do I put my image...etc.

Well,

there are several ways you can do this.

If you want to hard code your banner into the footer, you can do so in catalog/includes/footer.php starting at about line 43. (be sure to read the terms at http://www.oscommerce.com/community.php/faq,26/q,50)

 

you can also remove and replace in your admin area under tools, banner management. :)
