.htaccess and button images

in order for it to show the button .gif files?

 

it seems they are being blocked?

I'm not sure what is holding it from showing these images.

if you see mostly in the shopping cart, there are buttons missing with an empty image spacer and this is very vital as these buttons guide them through the shopping process!

 

please any assistance will be appreciated! i have asked this before, but I still have the same occuring problem... I believe it is in the .htaccess files, but I have no idea how they should be modified to have them viewable!

There's most likely an .htaccess file in your includes directory. This is usually setup to prevent files other than php showing but yours may be different. It is usually not needed if you have a proper robots file in place. But if you think it is, then it would need to be changed to allow viewing the images too.
