Securing a Form instead of a download product

Hello,

I'm trying to secure access to a form which after a customer fills out, they get a customized horoscope based on their birth date, etc.

I thought that by setting it up like a download item, after the payment is confirmed (via Paypal - no echecks allowed), the customer could log into their account and click on the form link, fill it out and thus automatically generate the horoscope purchased.

My main concern is that once the customer access the form, it remains in their "web page visited/history folder" - thereby allowing them to continue to access the form and generate FREE horoscopes for themselves, friends, etc.

Should I:

(1) Set it up like it were a downloadable item? (I thought with the link "expiration" already in oscommerce this would be good)

If this is not the best way in your opinion, please offer any suggestions. I don't think it should be a custom job. I think its' a matter of connecting the form to oscommerce while maintaining it secure (not accessible) without payment.

I'm of course using the latest OSC an no other customizations to it. The script that generates the horoscopes is written in php.

Thanks.
