Guest Posted August 8, 2005 Posted August 8, 2005 1 i would like to know if i can use a companies logo when im selling their products or do i have to get their permission to use them? 2 How much time did you spend on getting search engine submissions? are there any quick, cheap ways of getting your website on to google without ppc's 3 Ive heard if you get into certain directories then your chances of getting on the big search engines are higher does anyone know of any? any help on these topics would be great?
rommany Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 try dmoz.com - msn directory and yahoo directory they are the three big boys but if you do a search for free directory you should find hundreds...... it takes 5mins to submit your site to google but can take time and most times never to be top ten in any search engine. my understanding if you are selling someones product you can uses their logo as long as you are not selling the logo its fine.. hope that helps
