OSC PayPal Mod not passing total to paypal

Before anyone starts, yes I have searched the site and I can't find a fix for this.

 

When a customer checks out and select PayPal as the payment method it switches to PayPal ok but the amount is not passed to paypal. Lucky for me I have nice customers and they are entering the amount but this will obviously put some people off.

 

I know that I can download the PAYPAL IPN mod which is supposed to be better but I have a friend that is using the standard mod and it works ok for him.

 

So an anyone tell me what I've done wrong or not done at all?

 

I've put my web site address in PayPal's preferences and the mod setting are below.
