Where is the download link for contribs?

Like the topic says, I can get to the contribs page, go into indervidual contributions, read comments posted, but, where oh where is the button to download the contribution?

 

[edit] also I can see the 'Adda file to this package' button, but ofcourse that's not quite the one I'm looking for..
