I've scoured many other posts and tried the help sections but no apparent success yet I get this error message: Warning: move_uploaded_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/httpd/vhlinks/www.mywebsite.com/images/nov_s.gif) is not within the allowed path(s): (/tmp:/usr/local/apache/phpinc/:/home/heather/myweb/) in /home/heather/myweb/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 94Error Error: File upload not saved. The chmod permissions for the /images/ directory is set at 777, and after reading this post http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...97entry233697 I called my webhost, but they said that the php.ini file_uploads = On ; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads was already on .. that said, he didn't actually check he just seemed insistent they were. Cowzor Posted August 8, 2005 Author Share Posted August 8, 2005 Solution : My hosting company got back to me after I emailed them It appears you have the home directory of your site set to: /home/httpd/vhlinks/ww.mywebsite.com in the configuration.
