Changing the Body Text

Is there any way to set up the admin section so that you can change the body text from there, rather than going in and changing the .php file? I'm doing a site for a friend, and I'm afraid that if she has to go in and change the .php file everytime she wants to change her first page it will be too hard.

In the Admin control panel Tools section, look for the Define Language link. Clicking on this will present you with the majority of store pages, and are editable. index.php has the main text. Be very careful editing, as a mistake will screw up a page something awful--copy and paste the original text in notepad and save it in case there is an error.
