Guest Posted August 8, 2005 Posted August 8, 2005 I was wondering if anyone knew how to duplicate a site for testing purposes. The reason for this is because I have a few simple contributions installed on my site and now I began to install more complicated ones. I have no testing site besides a clean install and I would have to redo the contributions and products. I realize this may be my only option, just looking for a simple solution if there is one. Thanks to everyone who is contributing and who might be able to help.
kbakba Posted August 8, 2005 Posted August 8, 2005 I need to know this too but haven't posted for help. It's not feasible to try to just transfer the oscommerce directory to my computer, because it stops after a couple of directories and then does nothing. I'm guessing some zip program. But how can one "ZIP" their osCommerce shopping cart and download it to their computer????????????????????????? Please someone stop by with suggestions. Surely everyone out there has a "system" :o

( WARNING ) I think I know what Im talking about. BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP
