PayPal "go back to merchant" isn't clicked

Okay I have PayPal working when the client clicks "go back to merchant" after they make a payment. But if they don't click this button and go to a new site, the order isn't recorded on the OScommerce end.

My question is, "are there any contributions that resolve this? Or are there any work arounds?"

thanks in advance

Okay, I installed the package and made an order through PayPal, but I haven't received notification by email or in my orders box on my OSCOmmerce admin.

Any Ideas? :o

thanks

Make sure that you have entered an e-mail address nbased on your domain under 'Send Extra Order E-mails To - Configuration in your osC admin panel - this is what sends you a copy of the e-mail that goes to the customer.

Before the IPN module can work you have to sign up to use IPN at your Pay Pal account.

But I'm getting the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/b/u/l/bulldog1/html/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php on line 166

what am I doing wrong??
