Category Product Listing

Hi everyone,

 

Hope someone can help me...just wondering what file controls the product listing that you get when you click on a category. I would like to get rid of the column that has the buy now button.

I do see that in the page url it is referring to index.php but wasn't sure if this is the one. If it is, could someone point me to the approximate line # that I need to be looking at? Warning I am a newbie to this, although feel I've come along way so far.

Is it not the product_listing.php page ?

In the ADMIN area, you go to:

 

Configuration:...Product Listings.

 

Then you edit the Buy Now, by putting a "0" for the sort order.

Thanks, they've been around for awhile (I can't take credit for coming up with the idea)...I've been doing them for about 2 years now. My website has always been HTML before this. When this is done, it will be MUCH nicer. I am hoping to go live with this one by September. Long shot... but I'm trying.
