when i create_account,all of that fill full , but when i press next , the shop tell me :

 

Your E-Mail Address does not appear to be valid - please make any necessary corrections.

 

what happened ofr this, can someone tell me?

I would have a look at a couple of things in admin.

Have a look at configuration minimum values for email address ( mine is set at 6)

Then in configuration email options see that verify through DNS is set to false.

Essentially, it doesn't like the email address you are entering.

 

If I recall correctly, it requires at least 6 alphanumeric characters before the "@" symbol. Also if you have any nonstandard characters in the address that could be an issue.

Check that you have the file /includes/tld.txt
