jwquaid
Hello osc community, I have just started using oscommerce and are learning as I go on. However, when I try to do a sample order, and when I go to checkout I get the following message: The requested URL /oscommerce/checkout_shipping.php was not found on this server. what does this mean? also any help regarding anything I should be aware of just starting out using oscommerce? Thankyou. James Quaid

Fristly have you copied or uploaded the whole OSC package to your root folder? Are you going to use the root dir/catalog or just the root directory? ozEworks
the message means that the program /oscommerce/checkout_shipping.php is not there. As the previous poster indicated, you need to check that you installed everything.
