LinkPoint Connect Will Not Display Error Page

Hello,

 

I installed the Linkpoint Connect contrib today--- and everything is working except for the error page.

 

For example, I am inputting a dummy credit card number which is being declined-

 

When it is declined it is brnging the user back to the checkout_payment.php page.

 

In the Linkpoint Central panel I added: https://www.sitename.com/catalog/checkout_process.php as the page it should return to. I see in the URL bar the following message:

 

"There+has+been+an+error+processing+you+credit+card%2C+please+wait+10+minutes+before+trying+again."

 

How do I get this to display on the page?

 

(Haven't tested a successful transaction yet, so I don't know if this problem is with a successful transaction as well).
