"Error window" displaying

hy all

 

 

I am running windows xp, Apache(1.3.23), MySQL(3.23.48) and PHP(4.1.1).

 

 

When I installed a 2.2 version and try and run the demo shop I get a windows

 

error message saying "php.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

 

if I click the " don't send" button the rest of the site loadeds OK.

 

Refreshing the page repeats the error message.

 

when ever we click the links in the OScommrce, above will happening.

 

 

also when we click the links present at the header side,

 

My Account | Cart Contents | Checkout etc it will display follow error ,

 

 

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable

 

to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of

 

the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have

 

caused the error."

 

 

 

 

 

In error.log we have error msg as,

 

Premature end of script headers: c:/apache/php/php.exe

 

 

 

 

Any ideas what I where I should be look for clues to the problem ?
