links to products from main menu

Hi how can i set the menu to link direct to a product instead of having tp put it in a category, I dont have many products so some can go in categories but for the others i dont want to have categorys with only i product in.

 

I want my menu to look some thing like this.

 

 

Category 1

>> sub catagory

>>>>> Product 1

>>>>> Product 2

>> sub catagory

>>>>> Product 3

>>>>> Product 4

 

Category 2

>>>>> Product 5

>>>>> Product 6

 

Product 7

 

Product 8

explain a little more what your trying to do

instead of clicking on the category and then on the product listing

i want the product title in the main menu so when its clicked it links direct to the product info page.

 

like this example for the product "Matrox G200 MMS"

I can add the product above the categories

by addind the like to the product page in inclued/boxes/categories.php

 

like this:

 

 ?$categories_string = '';
?$tree = array();

 

replace with this (link to your product within the two single quotes)

 

 ?$categories_string = '<a href="product_info.php?cPath=32&products_id=80">Test Product</a><br>';
?$tree = array();

 

but i am having trouble putting below the categories.
