Admin can't login

Hi

 

when i go to my admin page, a little window ask for username and password. when i fill it and press ok it comes again and ask for user and password for 3 times and then it says : You are not authorized to view this page

 

i check my admin username and password in configure file and it is right. what can i do ? :'(

This is a .htaccess/.htpasswd problem. You didnt install htaccess yourself? If not, ftp to your site, and remove the .htaccess file, and you should be able to view tha admin page (NOTE !!!:!:!:! Your admin page will be UNPROTECTED from unauthorized users then, and anybody knowing the adress to your admin panel will be able to affect your shop!!!)

Hi I don't have any .htaccses file on my admin directory. and i use a windows server.

 

i got this message :
