mark27uk3 Posted August 5, 2005 Share Posted August 5, 2005 Hi Guys, I have just move my site over to a different server at the request of my host and every thing is ok except that I do not remember my admin username and password. My host says that they do not have access to the files and can not help. My store was originally installed using fantastico if that makes any difference. Any ideas on how the hell I am going to get back into my admin because this has really stuffed me up! Luckily I am still running on the original server but the details that firefox auto inserts into the username and password fields does not seem to work on the copy on the new server. Your'e host really should be able to help you with that though.
