SUCCESS PASSWORD

Hi, I hope someone can help.

 

When I do to the password forgotten page and type in my email address I get a new password send - which is great. The problem is that it is only ever the second time I try it that I get the message 'Success a new password has been sent' on the login page.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

So it didnt worked the first time then? Can you explain us what exactly happened? Did you get an error when you tried the first time and failed? Or was it something else?

Hi sorry it has been so long...

 

When I asked for a new password the first time I did get one sent to my email address but it did not put the notification message on the login panel saying a password has been sent - this only happens on the second attempt.
