Guest
this is because the server is timing out, as the database is too large to download via easypopulate. most people use ep to upload and / or update their products and keep the files they use to upload (i break mine down by manufacturer or category if to large). any reason for the download? Guest
cant u use the existing one you uploaded and then 'split' it manually, breaking it down the way i explained? if the server is your own and you have access to the php.ini file you can edit the memory and timeout script, else you will need to edit your easypopulate and do it that way.
