no header or certain pages

Hi.

I have had to put a piece of script in my site;

 

<script language="JavaScript" src="https://secure.comodo.net/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js" type="text/javascript">

</script

 

 

This was to be placed in the header with the tags. But os being what it is I ended up putting it in index.php. At first I thought this worked fine, but I lose my logo on certain pages.

Can anyone tell me where I should put it? (Without being rude)
