bbr
This is my first osCommerce site. I have no previous knowlege of .php so i think i have got to grips ok. Please note the 'main page' is pure html - so no powered by osCommerce. From there all links enter the shop where you will see powered by at the bottom. And hopefully you will not know you have gone from html to php either :D Any feed back will be greatly accepted Shop is live (only a few products yet though) so please beaware if testing orders. But by all means buy if you wish. Thank You all for your time. www.bbr-trading.com
BYGino
Nice site, I like the theme/metallic feel to it all. A couple of constructive points though: 1) Could possibly do with more content though - T's & C's, specials page etc. 2) Every page brings up a secure+unsecure content message because of the way I have my browser set up, I don't know if there's anything you can do about that, I'm a bit of a newB! 3) Not too sure of the red text against the silver background. All in all though, looks good. EDIT: Sorry I just noticed, you do have a specials page.

Secure+unsecure. I think it maybe due to images being taken from else where in my directories. I dont get this message so i cant actually trace it, if that is the problem. Anyone else?? 3. I agree some of the text on grey is maybe a little hard to see. I will change it. Again thank you so much.
Guest
Page renders fine in Internet Explorer, but in Firefox you have some kind of floating dog swf hovering on random points on the page. See Screenshots... http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/2002/73...200421003am.jpg http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/3817/73...00421003am1.jpg
Guest
OK this is an ok site however the box at the left isnt showing up in IE. But the header is a template isnt it? And it really doesnt fit. Im sorry BBR-Trading just doesnt do it for a watch store. Change it honestly, it sounds like somebody in their back room (Bryan & Bill Roberts Trading?). Its not completely awful, but you would do better to get a copy of swish and read the tutorials and make your own more simplistic header. If you have then Im sorry it just looks like a template.... With your name superimposed on it..

I couldnt see your images you posted however you have prompted me to download firefox. I see what you mean, so i have removed the swf files now. (easiest way) Again thanks. The box on the left i have messed about with so unfortunatly nothing shows right now, which is not good to do on a live shop. BBR-Trading i agree is not a great title, unfortunatly it is something i registered before getting into osCommerce. I did not originally have any intension on selling. However now that i am i have intergrated it into the whole site. I would like to change it, and buisness sense tells me i should. I was thing 'Watches4u' like the phone adverts in the UK. The header was kinda a template (well spotted) i have changed it quite a lot, and then really designed the 'centered box' style from there. Valid points though and all taken on board. However it maybe a bit far down the line now to change must.
Guest
watches4u if you are asking me isnt particularly good, phones4u works cos of heavy advertising. If I was looking to buy a nice watch i would want a good solid name, like a real world jewellers, watches4u sounds a bit fly by night. I want a company who will look after me post sale..
