I'll take a crack at it. The "<siteinfo xmlns="http://a9.com/-/spec/siteinfo/1.0/">

" looks pretty straightforward. It could be built similar to the "Google Sitmap" contribution.

 

Two questions: Do you have to sign up, join or pay a fee? The site is vague as how to let Amazon know that your site has it. Also, is the Alexa Toolbar the only way to see it in action?
