I have rings for sale Attributes include size, material, gift box, engraving When I receive the order notification via email, only the giftbox choice is displayed. Obviously I need to know the other stuff too. I have searched thru the admin section, nothing comes up under customer orders (0 of 0 orders) Apparently I have no reports installed b/c I cant access the reports section at all (contact administrator error) Any help?
