Product Picture won't upload

When trying to upload the product picture, i get the following error message.

 

Catalog images directory does not exist: /images/

Thanks for the post....yes, when i try that, all of the admin panel images disappear....

 

Sorry, I am having major issues with my virtual and regular paths
