Same shop on new machine.

I switched from one machine to another and now my admin section doesnt work. The catalog workd fine but just i cant log in to admin section. I looked up the apache error logs for that and here is what i get

Do you guys know what happened there ?

There are files in admin section that have "^M" after each line . This is the thing that messedup everything. How did this happen ?
