help with contributions

okay i downloaded some of the contributions of the site. I read the install file and it says:

 

First load the new table definitions from cc_coupons.sql to your database.

The easiest way to do this is using phpmyadmin.

 

how do i load a sql thingy magigy and from where.

wat is phpmyadmin, where do i find it?

Do you mean Credit Class & Gift Voucher

Anyway goto http://www.yoursite.com:2082 this will take you to your host Cpanel or use the address they gave you

(Enter: username and password) in there you will see phpmyadmin click on that then open your database then click on queery then paste the file name click go

 

That's it but a word of warning make a backup of your database before you do anything, just in case because if you have a backup you can always re-install if you don't and something goes wrong you're ...............
