By law we need to charge state tax for Idaho (5%) but any other state we do not charge. I can not figure out the settings to make this work. I've attempted removing the Tax Zones, Classes, and Rates and reinstalling, but with no luck. Can someone tell me exactly what I need listed for each of these categories to make it work? Thanks!
