Guest Posted August 2, 2005 Share Posted August 2, 2005 Ok u guys, I am so not technical so keep the answers as simple as poss pls! My site is not secure so I can?t take payments. My customers have to go to paypal to make payments which is ok, BUT when they do I only receive notification of a paypal payment but no details of the order they are paying for, UNLESS they click on the return to merchant button in paypal. I am going to put a notice on my site saying that this button must be pressed after payment has been made, but I am worried that by time the customer has entered all the details into paypal and gone through the process they will forget to click the return to merchant button. My question is this: is there anyway of the order actually being recorded/stored/sent to me when the customer actually clicks on confirm order button on my site as I can always check paypal that the payment has been sent OR is it possible to send the customer back to my site automatically from paypal when the payment has been made?
