I am in switzerland.

I do not know switzerland that well, but i am sure there are local banks which can provide you with a merchant account and point you in the direction of a complementary payment gateway provider....

If not these are some international providers which will accept a Switz company.

3 party payment provider: (All in one service, you do not have your own merchant account, but gets payed throug theirs)

- Worldpay

Your own merchant account and payment gateway services...

- Forcetronix

- Metacharge

- Chronopay

By googeling abit i am sure you can also find more......

I now have found the following:

osCommerce has a module for "iPayment".

I would be able to use iPayment as gateway and WorldPay

as creditcard company.

Do I need something else in osCommerce for iPayment??

But I have seen that it will cost (only fixed costs) about $ 850.-

per year which seems to be expensive ...

Best regards

I think I am right in saying that Switzerland is outside of the Euro Zone, and that you cannot use Pay Pal for the Swiss currency. If this is the case then it may be the same for many payment processors. It may also be that the cost of having a merchant account with a Swiss Bank would be too expensive to consider.

Instead I would suggest that you open a Euro account with a Swiss Bank - this should be possible and the charges should not be as high as for having a merchant id. Then you can use the Pay Pal IPN module, and your only cost (apart from the % charge by PayPal) would be the conversion and transfer costs from your Euro account to Swiss Franc account.

Hi, if you use worldpay, you do not need ipayment .

There is a worldpay module in the contribution section.
