Option Name missing on order

I'm almost done my shopping cart except for this last glitch.

 

I'm missing the Option Name for the product options on my test order. This is only happening on the options that were text fields as shown below:

 

- Package: AP-202

- Color A: A6030-O Slate Gray

- Color B: A6077-O Silver

- : Test Name

- Boat Name Length: 2 FT (13 to 24 inches)

- : 3

- : 001

- Style: Plain

- Color A - Lettering: A6315-O Tangerine

- Color B - Lettering:

- : ON 1234 NC

- Color - Reg #'s: A6315-O Tangerine

- : TEST COMMENTS

 

I have a feeling that something went wrong in my product_info.php

 

Any ideas?

I've found a little more info. The Option Names are not being written to the database when the product is added to the cart, and also when purchased. This is only happening on the TEXT or TEXTAREA option types, the other option type fields are fine.

 

Anyone have any idea why the data is not being transferred for the TEXT option types?
